If nothing else, bipolar is quite an adventure. Not the swinging from the chandelier type- that's a different version of bipolar. Today it's like falling asleep in your comfy bed and waking up in your comfy bed, but the bed has been moved into the trunk of a car (big trunk or small bed who knows) that is at the bottom of the ocean and you're not dead and you can still breath and your not soaking wet so it's strangely peaceful but you're in a giant car trunk at the bottom of the ocean and you can't stay there forever but talking is hard, moving is hard what with all that water and car weighing you down. So you stay there as still as can be (or you do an ig story about it if you have wifi) and you remove the part of the internal dialogue (or external if you're a screamer) either way you remove the part where you absolutely have to get out and swim and instead you just rest (swim = get on a conference call in this analogy).Quietly. My thoughts and love are with the people & families this attack has affected. The emergency services have been amazing and after such a horrendous attack,how we have come together as a city to help others in such a sad time.. people opening their homes, giving out free transport, a safe place for people to wait for families. I pray for our city... As an animal lover this was one of the most painful experiences I've ever had the displeasure of living. Animals lay in 40 degree heat, in 80% humidity, in 3 x 3 concrete cells with no water or food in sight. Have you ever heard an animal cry out in pain?! It pierces your soul! Whilst wandering around this prison we witnessed one of the two tigers in captivity pacing back and forth in his small concrete cell, in clear agony, and whilst many of the other visitors enjoyed watching this beautiful creature despite its pain, it proved too much for us.
