The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. states and Washington, D.C., (excluding U.S. possessions, territories, overseas military installations in foreign countries, outside of the fifty [50] U.S. states) who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry and who are invited to complete a 2022 Survey. Sweepstakes begins 10:00:00 AM ET on 1/3/2022; ends 5:00:00 PM ET on 1/31/2023. There are two (2) ways to enter: (1) following the instructions on the survey invitation letter to take the survey online and/or possibly via telephone, or following the instructions of a site associate at a Sheraton® Vacation Club, Westin® Vacation Club, Vistana Beach Club, Harborside Resort at Atlantis or Marriott Vacation Club resort or sales center; or (2) to enter without completing the survey ("AMOE"), by hand writing your name, email address, full mailing address and primary phone number on a 3"x5" index card and mailing it to the 2022 Voice of the Customer Sweepstakes, c/o Marriott's Newport Coast Villas, West Region Offices – 3700 Bldg., 23000 Newport Coast Drive, Newport Coast, CA 92657. Mail in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the Sweepstakes Period and received within five (5) days to be eligible. All other entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on January 31, 2023, to be eligible. Please Note: Participants will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each survey invitation received and survey completed. Participants who use the AMOE (mail-in) method of entry for a particular survey will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be awarded 150,000 Marriott Bonvoy® Points and two (2) First Prize Winners will each receive 75,000 Marriott Bonvoy® Points each (Approximate Value of all prizes US$3,900).
